There were some showers and some cold, fresh wind to greet members on the 1000 yards mound on Saturday.
While no-one managed a possible score under the conditions, three TR-A competitors came up with very creditable 104 points with Josh Pratt leading with 11 centrals from Leigh Marett and Kim O’Loghlen.
A special event preceded the days’ shooting when the Hon Steven Minnikin, State Minister for Customer Services and Open Data and Minister for Small and Family Business presented the Natives Club with a cheque for $10,982 which has enabled the Club to purchase new shelter shades for the firing point and spectator area. The Club is extremely grateful to the State Government for its support and to the Hon Minister for his ongoing interest in the Club’s activities.
