A cloudy day with rain threatening welcomed 35 members to the first 300 yard match for the year.
The wind was moderate and relatively consistent from 11.00 o’clock (SSE) which led to some good scores, a few of which were achieved despite having to deal with frontal rain squalls.
Sampson Gee topped the TR list with a great 105.14 with Josh Pratt hard on his heels only one central bullseye behind. The competition in F-Std was also close with Ivor Davidson 125.12 holding off Wayne Blair on 125.10. Andy Kansky had a clear win in F-Open with a nice 125.10.
Sporter Class is gaining popularity and producing some fine shooting with three possible scores in S-PC led by Max Van Roo. S-PCO is becoming a regular grudge match between George Constantinou and Brett Clarkson with George taking the honours this time!
