Stage 2 of the QRA Queens was contested on Saturday, October 23rd, with 15 shots at 500, 800 and the challenging 1000 yards.
Weather conditions were benign early in the morning leading to some excellent scores but as the day progressed the wind became stronger and more variable from 7.30 o’clock leading to scores at 1000 yards being best forgotten in many cases.
In TR A Grade, Josh Pratt was the best of the Natives members finishing in 4th place just ahead of Club mates Mirko Teglasi and Bob Crawford.
Isaac Brinin continued on his winning way in TR B Grade and has a comfortable lead in the progressive aggregate. In C Grade, Reilly Pitt has a 9 point lead in the Aggregate after winning Stage 2.
In F-Class Standard B Grade, David Ward is in 2nd place in the Aggregate just in front of son, Michael and Club mate, Jeremy Wardrop.
