Several members of the Natives Club took out podium finishes on each day and in the Grand Aggregate of the Pacific Rifle Club’s annual Prize Meeting held on Saturday and Sunday, August 8th and 9th.  Conditions on both days were delightful leading to some great scores but as always, the final distance of 1000 yards bought many undone.

Young Zyden Wiid was the top TR performer finishing a very creditable 4th in TR-A with Don Thompson and Kim O’Loghlen in 8th and 10th positions respectively.

On day one, Thomas Kitching took out F-TR while Megan Devern continued on her winning way in S-PC. In S-PCO, Rick Chalk and Adam Gardiner finished 2nd and 3rd respectively. Others (who shall remain nameless) could have fared much better but for several delinquent shots on wrong targets!  Such is life!

Day two saw Zyden Wiid (TR-A), Ivor Davidson (FSA) and Brett Clarkson (S-PCO) each finish 3rd in their respective disciplines.
