Natives Rifle Club members earned podium positions over the two days of the inaugural 2-day Pacific Rifle Club Prize Meeting conducted on the Belmont range in pleasant shooting conditions for the most part.

John Caske won both Day-1 and Day-2 aggregates in TR-B to take out the Grand Aggregate for that Grade.

Kim O’Loghlen in TR-A finished second on both days and Mirko Teglasi was close on his heels to finish 2nd and 3rd respectively in the Grand Aggregate for that Grade.

Isaac Brinin in his first Prize Meeting in TR-A competed only on the second day over the long ranges and finished a very creditable 4th place.  Lot’s more to come from young Isaac for sure!

Danny Kelly, also only shot the long ranges and top scored at both the 1000 yard matches and won the F-Class Open Day-2 Aggregate.

The Pacific Club introduced for the first time into a major competition in Queensland the classification of 
Sporter/Hunter Class on Day-1.  The Class provides for any commercial shop bought rifle to be used on NRAA ranges.  Natives Club member, Wayne Latham, competed in the Class on the day and won the aggregate with a possible 50 point score at each range.
