Electronic targets finally came of age in  Australia when the QRA held their State Target Rifle Championships on the Hexta Electronic Target System.
This was the first time that a major Fullbore Target Rifle competition of this magnitude has been held on Hexta ETs in Australia.

The Hexta Electronic Target system well and truly proved its reliability, accuracy and capabilities. The system not only displays the shot position to the shooter and the scorer but is also capable of being watched in real time on any smart phone, tablet or computer as well as providing instantaneous results to anyone with internet access. Congratulations to the developers at Hexta and thanks to the volunteers who gave up their opportunity to compete to assist anyone unfamiliar with the electronic system to ensure a smoothly run competition.
